Gas Barbeques

BarbeSkew Tours Its Rotisserie BBQ

As spring progresses BarbeSkew will be taking its one-of-a-kind BBQs on tour.

United Kingdom (ePressReleases.org) Mar 30, 2011 - They will stop at places like the Ideal Homes Show and the East Anglia Games and Country Fair. This can only mean one thing: we are all a little closer to that coveted time in our back gardens grilling.

At these events BarbeSkew will be showing off three BBQ models each demonstrating a variety of features essential to the BBQ connoisseur. Their best-selling BBQ, the charcoal BarbeSkew, slowly rotates meat over hot coals, ensuring that the meat cooks evenly. Their creator, Ed Wray, insists gone are the days of burnt exteriors and undercooked interiors. Their gas version offers a quicker way to rotisserie grill for those who cook this way often. Finally, BarbeSkew will be showcasing a portable grill, the BarbeSkew II, which cooks less food but still offers a rotisserie-style technique that is perfect for small balconies or beachside barbeques. Whether you are looking for their classic rotisserie BBQ or a smaller portable one for travelling, all will be on display at these events.

In addition to showing fantastic BBQs, these spring shows and events play host to chefs, gardening experts and outdoor essentials. By attending it is easier to not only have the best gear for your summer time parties but to also learn the skills necessary to use them.

The BBQ is a staple of most people's social summer season. It is a great excuse to invite people over for a cold beer and hickory-smoked drumsticks. For many the best way to find out about the best recipes and latest cooking gadgets is at these sorts of fairs and shows. In fact, the Ideal Homes Show has been showcasing items for the home for over 100 years. The East Anglia Games and Country Fair, although significantly younger, still draws a good crowd of guests and participants.

BarbeSkew barbeques will be making their way around England this spring. With their charcoal and gas barbeques they should be the perfect addition to the home and garden shows we all love to attend.

About BarbeSkew: The BarbeSkew - which takes its name from BARBEcue and SKEWer - combines the traditional BBQ with a spit roast. Instead of a BBQ grill above the flames, the BarbeSkew BBQ automatically slowly rotates the food on skewers ensuring it is cooked thoroughly but making sure it doesn't burn. Larger produce such as fish and burgers can be cooked too on the BarbeSkew BBQ by placing them in a rotating cage.
