TFM: Total Flow Management (5S,Visual Management, Flow in manufacturing/services, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Business processes – Lean in Office, etc.)

TPM: Total Productive Maintenance (Autonomous maintenance, Planned maintenance, Quick Changeover etc.)

TSM: Total Service Management – (Inventory management through Kanban/JIT etc.)

TQM: Total Quality Management (Elimination of Muda, Mura and Muri for process improvements, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)

THM Total Human Management (Lean Counselling, Safety, Morale, KPI -Measurements, Recognitions, Awards, etc.)

For ease of understanding, Lean Games, Lean Quiz, Lean Visuals – Pictures and Videos shall be used. All forms/formats shall be provided.
