Low OEE, High breakdowns led to low capacity utilization and the PET sales just 150 MT across the Asia Pacific region. AVCI’s Lean Experts conducted a series of Lean Manufacturing Training workshops. The OEE increased from 50% to nearly 85% within a span of just 6-8 months. Currently the sales is around 235 MT with increased profitability.
